Kabbex B.V. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the kabbex.com website and the Kabbex mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
We offer you products and services which are related to your moods and emotions or help you improve your mood. So you not only shop via us, but we also help you improve your mood by offering accurate recommendations and the best matching outfits based on your mood.
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our services and the choices you have associated with the relevant data.
We use your data to provide and improve our service. By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

- Your photo (which you upload to our platform): To detect your mood and toward preparing the matching outfits and other merchandise which suits your mood.
We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you.
You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or the instructions provided in any email we send.
We also use the photo of you (that you submit into the platform), to analyze it by face analysis software to recognize your emotions and offer you the correspond products.
2. Usage Data
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”).
This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you access the Service with a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous
unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Other tracking technologies are also used such as beacons, tags and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.

How do we store and secure your information?
Your information collected through the Service may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country that our Database and Storage providers (IBM Cloud and AWS) have functioning servers.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the information collected through the Service secure and take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. However, if you share your data like sharing the links to your images with anyone else by your own desire, we are not responsible for any usage of your data.
- Please do your part to help us. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to emails between you and Kabbex, at all times.
How can I manage or delete my information?
We provide you with the ability to access, rectify and erase your data. These options are available in your Profile page.
We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide value to our services, or until your account is deleted – whichever comes first. This is a case-by-case determination that depends on things like the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs. For example, when you upload a picture of yours on Kabbex, you can access and delete them anytime you want from your Archive page and If you delete your account we will remove them all from our storages. To delete your account at any time, please visit your Profile page.
Remember that you will not be able to recover the information after you ask us to delete them.
Kabbex B.V. may process your Personal Data because:
We need to perform a contract with you
You have given us permission to do so
The processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not overridden by your rights
To comply with the law
to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Kabbex B.V. will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to – and maintained on – computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside Netherlands and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Netherlands and process it there.
